Charles Crouch

Charles is a lecturer in e-business at Boston University in Brussels, Belgium where he teaches a popular course in online business and website design. He also gives executive training in e-commerce strategy at the European Management Development Institute. In addition to numerous presentations and workshops, Charles has served on judging panels for the 2009 Belgium BeCommerce award, Plugg 2009 and DEVCOM Brussels 2010. He also works directly with companies wishing to improve their online performance.

Charles has a multi-disciplinary background in business operations, having worked for Apple in California, Johnson Controls in London and WSI Internet Consulting in Belgium
